1) Who this is for

You must be 19+ to purchase or access our materials. Content is designed for Christian wives navigating betrayal trauma.

2) What you’re buying

We grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own private use. No sharing, reselling, reposting, or redistribution.

3) Not therapy, medical, or legal advice

All content is educational/supportive. It is not medical, legal, or therapy advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical services here. For medical or legal questions, consult a licensed professional.

We never promise outcomes. We do not pressure forgiveness or use Scripture to minimize harm. Boundaries and pacing are respected.

Trigger Triage runs inside ChatGPT and may require a compatible account (e.g., ChatGPT Plus or equivalent—subject to OpenAI policy). Availability, limits, and performance of third-party services are outside our control. We’re not liable for outages, policy changes, or access limits.

We may add, modify, or retire resources (including live calls, topics, or features) to keep the program safe and useful. Prices and inclusions may change for new buyers; your current plan remains as stated at purchase unless you switch tiers.

10) Intellectual property

All materials (texts, audio, video, worksheets, branding) are owned by us and/or our licensors. You receive a personal license only; no ownership is transferred.

We respect your privacy and use Payhip/Stripe/OpenAI/Zoom to process payments and deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. Do not share confidential details you aren’t comfortable entering into third-party tools.

12) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America without regard to conflicts rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Shelby County Tennessee courts. You agree to first attempt informal resolution by emailing us at [email protected]

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
